Shipping & RETURNS
Please ensure all information you provide is correct. Once an order has been received and accepted by Gemma Bishop London you will receive an email confirming your order. In the event that any problem should arise with your order we will contact you via email or telephone. Payment is to be made via our online secure server, which accept all major credit, debit cards, PayPal & Apple Pay.
We make most of our products to order, so your order should be with you within 10 working days from confirmation of payment. If you are lucky and we have a product in stock we’ll get that sent straight away. All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.
All UK orders will need to be signed for on arrival.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase please send them back in their original, unworn condition. and we will exchange for any GB product that’s suits you better or if not completely satisfied a full refund if the product is returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order
We will not exchange/refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of mishandling. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.
If you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven days of receiving your order, we will then arrange a replacement or refund which ever is your choice.
To arrange a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name and address, details of the product with the reason for return and we will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.

Late & Lost Deliveries - UK
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the Royal Mail. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch – this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases for a small charge, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail by filling in a signature request form http://track.royalmail.com/portal/rm/content2?catId=13900163&mediaId=15100173. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address. Gemma Bishop cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Late & Lost Deliveries - International

When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. Unfortunately that means delivery problems are more likely. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks. Items not received but tracked as being delivered – This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work.
