Returns & Exchanges – Online Orders

We hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, unworn items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

Faulty or damaged items should be reported within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

To return an item, please email gemmabishoplondon@icloud.com with your order details and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 28 days of receiving the returned item.

Items that have been worn, used, or damaged cannot be accepted and will be returned at the buyer’s cost.

Commission & Custom Orders – Non-Returns Policy


Each of our bespoke cushions is thoughtfully crafted to your individual specifications, from fabric to finish. As these items are made exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges once an order is confirmed.

To ensure your experience is seamless:

  • We encourage you to review the design brief carefully before confirming your order.

  • Our team is happy to offer guidance or answer any questions prior to production to ensure your vision is realised.

  • On delivery, orders will be reviewed and agreed with you. Once accepted, the order is considered final.

  • We allow a one-week window after delivery to address any settling concerns (such as cushion filling adjustments), after which the order is regarded as complete.

  • In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will work with you personally to resolve the issue.

  • Please note: Gemma Bishop London cannot be held responsible for the quality, suitability, or durability of fabrics that are supplied or chosen by the client.
