At Gemma Bishop London, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Please read the following information to understand our shipping options, timeframes, and policies.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

Once your order has been received and accepted by Gemma Bishop London, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Should any issue arise with your order, we will contact you directly via email or telephone.

Payments are processed securely via our online server and we accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Google Pay, Clearpay, Klarna, and PayPal.

Most of our products are made to order, and your order should arrive within 7–10 working days from payment confirmation. If an item is in stock, we will dispatch it immediately. All payments must be received and authorised prior to shipment.

UK DELIVERIES

All standard UK orders are shipped via InPost directly to your home address for a seamless and reliable service. Each parcel is fully trackable and will require a signature upon arrival.

We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of £5.50 on all standard parcels — whether small, medium, or large — so you can enjoy a straightforward and stress-free checkout experience.

Please allow an estimated 2–4 working days for your order to arrive from the date of dispatch.

For those who require a faster service, we also offer Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail, available for £15–£20 depending on the size and weight of your order.

World post & packaging

UK LATE & LOST DELIVERIES

If your delivery is delayed, please contact us and we will provide your tracking details so you can follow its progress with InPost.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds or replacements for parcels marked as delivered but not received. Parcels delivered to workplaces may be signed for by reception or colleagues. Gemma Bishop London cannot be held responsible for items delayed, redirected, or lost in transit once handed to the courier.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are fully trackable. Please allow 7–14 working days for delivery, depending on the destination.

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for international items until 30 working days have passed from dispatch, as this is when Royal Mail officially classifies a parcel as lost.

Once a parcel leaves the UK, it may be handled by multiple postal services. Delivery is ultimately the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country. Customs processing may cause delays of up to 1–2 weeks.

If tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your building reception, concierge, or colleagues, as parcels delivered to workplaces are often signed for on your behalf.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We cannot control or predict these fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

Parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees will be refunded excluding original shipping costs once received at our studio:
